When you submit an inquiry, we use the information you provide to respond, evaluate your project, and maintain our business records. Your submission may be processed by our hosting, database, email, spam-protection, and internal notification providers. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.

Entering a website address does not contact that website. A scan starts only after the requester accepts the scan authorization, verifies an email address, and proves control of the domain. Unsubmitted report and page data expires after 24 hours; the separate authorization record is retained for abuse prevention and legal recordkeeping. Final audit requests and attached scan records are saved in our protected customer workspace and sent to our business Outlook mailbox for review and response. Running a scan alone does not send an inquiry or subscribe the requester to marketing. Our hosting, database, security verification, and email providers process information needed to operate this service. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to required retention.
